4. Warranties & Liability

Champion City Concrete provides a limited warranty for workmanship. However, we are not responsible for cracks or damages caused by natural wear, weather, or customer modifications.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already commenced.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring the worksite is accessible and clear of obstacles before the project begins.
